I'm Monika Graf, and natural medicine has been my passion for over 25 years.
I believe the body has a remarkable ability to heal itself – it just needs the right conditions and support. My job is to help you find what those conditions are, working with you rather than at you.
My background
I started working in a naturopathic practice in 1994 while training as a Heilpraktiker (licensed naturopath). I received my practitioner's licence from the Public Health Office in Cologne in 1999.
Over the following years I built up my practice in Ueberlingen, Germany, before moving to Barcelona in 2003, where I worked at the integrative health centre Centro de Teràpies Globals for a decade. It was there that I deepened my expertise in liver cleansing and expanded my approach to whole-body detoxification.
I've been based in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg since 2013, where I run my own practice.
My practice
-
Over 25 years in natural medicine, focused on colon therapy
-
International experience in Germany and Spain
-
I speak German, English, French and Spanish - so you can always express yourself freely
-
After every colon session you rest for 20 minutes with a warm water bottle, quietly, without being rushed
-
I´m generous with my time. Questions, conversation, whatever matters to you in that moment - it´s all part of the session
-
Member of the Heilpraktikerverband Berlin-Brandenburg e.V.
-
Member of the Bundesverband der Colon-Hydro-Therapeuten e.V.
Reading, researching and engaging with new studies and findings on health and wellbeing are a steady part of my daily life, well beyond the practice itself.
My approach
I take time with people. No clock-watching, just an honest conversation, careful listening and a treatment that is tailored to you. Every person is different and unique.
I am grateful for the trust my patients place in me, and I look forward to meeting you.
Personal
Painting and music have long been a quiet, steady part of my life. Some of my paintings are here on the walls, and you're welcome to listen to my album on Spotify if you'd like.
